Zoii’s TPA claims processing is supported by PROCLAIM.
Claim medical diagnosis reports and related documents are uploaded into PROCLAIM and shared with insurance companies for medical verification of the covered condition/s. The Insured’s claim history is then streamlined in PROCLAIM. The claims processing and management functions help enable faster resolutions and reduce delays in payouts to the Insureds
